ROLE: Marketing Administrator

DETAILS: Full Time - Dublin Ireland

We are looking for a Digital Designer to join our marketing team to design and drive the delivery of our digital brand presence.


JOB DESCRIPTION:
Working in tandem with the Marketing Team, the ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate strong organisational skills, ability to multi-task and work under pressure. This person must be confident with excellent interpersonal skills and fluent in the English language both written and verbal.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
You will be responsible for;

  • Customer Visit Preparation.  Working with our sales team organizing customer visits to HQ in Dublin, keeping a calendar of visits and ensuring the event is a success from start to end.
  • Raise Purchase Orders (on SAP) and file invoice details.
  • Place Sales Orders on the system for Reps Requests including Catalogues and POS items.
  • Order Business Cards and other stationery as required.
  • Adhoc Marketing duties when required (Assist at company events, prepare POS for distribution)
  • Provide support to a marketing team producing reports in various forms.

ROLE: Digital Project Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic person to work alongside our Marketing Team (Head of Marketing, Marketing Manager, 2 x In-House Visual Communication Designers and 2 x Content Marketing Executives). The ideal candidate will own the digital design and creative execution of our websites, publishing content and measuring results.

This is a huge opportunity for the right person to design, develop (with the help of a web development service provider) and implement a wide variety of digital projects including multiple websites, a B2B and B2C App and an Intranet. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating web and mobile designs. Experience with Expression Engine is desirable, as is some project management experience. This role involves interacting with various internal and external departments to drive delivery of all digital projects.

They will be able to demonstrate a good understanding and passion for digital design, planning and content management. This person will have a keen eye for detail and be able to simplify communications for digital media.

The ideal candidate is someone who:

  • Has proven digital design experience from project start to finish, encompassing initial discovery, research and wireframing, UI concepting and design delivery to deadline

RESPONSIBILITIES:
You will be responsible for;

  • Creating and driving delivery of all digital projects.
  • Taking creative responsibility for projects from initial brief through to finished product.
  • Developing a detailed digital project plan, monitoring and reporting on progress.
  • Collaborating with internal and external teams to design, develop and implement digital projects.
  • Informing UI & UX decisions on all new websites.
  • Carry out continuous analysis of performance, and optimize accordingly.
  • Keeping all websites and apps update to date.
  • Monitor and report on Google Analytics metrics.
  • Delivering projects on time ensuring quality standards are met.
  • Seeking opportunities for improvement and suggesting new projects.
  • Ensure optimal SEO standards.
  • Monitor competitor online activities.
  • Act as key contact for all technical issues related to websites.

 

SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Bachelors degree from an accredited institution preferred. However, applicants with 2-4 years applicable experience in the field of web design will be considered
  • The ideal candidate will be well organized and have the ability to manage changes and shifts in workloads.
  • Expression Engine (desirable)
  • CMS, Photoshop, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, PHP, MySQL, MsSQL and API’s

ROLE: Head of IT

DETAILS: Full Time - Dublin West

THE OPPORTUNITY:
The LED Group is at an exciting stage in its development and we are now seeking an ambitious Head of IT to lead and develop the group’s IT capability to support the growing business.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of the existing IT function and resources, as well as work with senior management across the organisation to lead the strategic direction for IT across the group.

The Head of IT will have full responsibility for the groups IT function in an exciting fast paced environment, producing value added solutions in addition to the general maintenance of the company’s IT environment.

The successful candidate will have a track record of designing and implementing IT strategy for a growing group and well as clear delivery of information systems improvements which have delivered real value add to business partners.

The Head of IT will provide the strategic direction and leadership for the groups IT capability whilst maintaining a willingness to be “hands on” when required

The group’s current ERP platform is SAP Business One (SBO), so knowledge of SBO would be a distinct advantage.

Reporting to the Chief Finance and Operating Officer you will be based at our head office in the Western Retail Park, Nangor Rd, Dublin 12, where you will manage a team of 4 IT professionals.


THE ROLE:

  • Manage and develop the groups IT resources and MIS capabilities to support the current and future needs of a dynamic international business.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Overall responsibility for the efficient and effective running of LED’s IT department including the end to end management of several new projects;
  • Work closely with the IT team to produce accurate management information that will assist the business in making strategic decisions;
  • Key role in driving system improvements and BI capability development;
  • Provide strategic leadership and technical expertise to ensure that the information systems meet the needs of an expanding international organisation;
  • Development and leadership of the IT team;
  • Identify opportunities for improving and developing the IT resources, applications, infrastructure and processes;
  • Overall responsibility for the master data of our business management systems (1. SAP B1 & 2. WEB based ordering), with a focus on accuracy at all times;
  • Engage external resources / contractors for the deployment of new projects, where required;
  • Liaise with IT service providers & negotiate all IT related contracts;
  • Procure hardware and software as required, and
  • Report to the management team on all aspects of the IT department.

 

SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience managing an IT department, ideally in a FMCG or similar business with turnover of more than €50m.
  • A proven track record implementing new projects.
  • A demonstrable track record of driving change and improvements.
  • Project management experience.
  • Experience with an integrated business management system, ideally SAP Business One.
  • Proven track record in Strategic IT leadership.
  • Self-starter who enjoys being able to take initiative and shape their department/function
  • Strong problem solving skills using a measured approach.
  • Experience in leading and developing a team
  • A willingness to be “hands on” when required
  • Enthusiasm, energy and desire to be part of a growing international organisation
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the business to deliver real improvements and ensure IT is an enabler
